Watch arrived ahead of estimated delivery date perfectly packaged with tags, boxes manual etc. Watch is flawless. Will be ordering another watch from these guys. People rarely log compliments but are happy to log complaints. I have spent over 40 grand at their online store and have never has a problem. Their watches are old stock from time to time and may require servicing sooner because they've been on the shelf for sometime. I collect mechanical watches and have never had reason to doubt Ashfords genuineness. I believe it would be foolish to deal with this outfit, you do not get a Manufacturers warranty and there are too many complaints about them.

As stated by other customers the watches are original but are old stock. There prices are good just a risk if u have to send back for repair Regards brian. The Seiko I bought from Ashford came with all the requisite cards for registering my watch with the manufacturer but I chose to register mine online. My purchase was last month and thankfully I've had no problems with it requiring warranty work. My best advice is to try registering your watch with its manufacturer online.
